Food poisoning cause still a mystery

The Public Health Agency of Canada reports that 12 Canadians have been sickened by a strain of food-poisoning bacteria, but so far they have not tracked down the specific food.

The E. coli O121 strain has sickened four people in British Columbia, four in Saskatchewan and four in Newfoundland and Labrador.

The illness onset dates were in November and December, which makes me wonder why the information officers there are so darn tardy.

Four people were admitted to hospitals where some are still in recovery.
